A unique background
For over 25 years we have remained a boutique firm that works nationally but takes on only a limited number of projects each year. Our focus for the last 16 years has been on developing research to support litigation projects, specific issue polling and designing campaign/marketing plans for clients working on public affairs and policy initiatives.

For over two decades Crantford Research has been weaving these skills together to find solid and insightful ways to gather decision making information for our clients. Every year we conduct thousands of interviews across a wide variety of topics. We are equally comfortable executing detailed quantitative surveys as well as the more free-flowing focus group project. Whatever the approach - internet surveys, on-line discussion groups, large sample telephone surveys, one-on-one interviews, panel discussion, focus groups or something in between – we are ready to find the best design for answering our clients’ questions.

Crantford Research has years of experience designing and implementing research in a wide variety of areas. Setting clear objectives, creating research designs that will return valid results, and fielding the research in a cost conscious manner are always our first objectives. However, in today’s world of instant communications there are new paths to explore when thinking through every client’s research needs. With the explosion of web communications being familiar and comfortable with internet based research designs is a requirement. Some web based approaches work well while others have less validity. New technology in telephone data collection is also allowing for new approaches for completing immediate large sample surveys. Knowing how to incorporate these innovations into a meaningful research design helps us assist our clients to find the best mix of research approaches to meet their information needs. |
